What should I review before agreeing to electronic signing?

Read the consent information and the document before agreeing to use electronic records and signatures. Ask the sender about anything unclear before continuing.

If the consent information will not open, stop and contact the sender.

Steps#

1. Open your signing invitation. If an Electronic Records & Signatures prompt appears, review it before proceeding.
2. Read the Electronic Records and Signature Consent.
3. Ask the sender about paper copies or other arrangements if you do not want to proceed electronically.
4. If the prompt is shown, select its agreement checkbox only if you agree, then select Agree & continue.
