1. Introduction; Definitions

This Electronic Records & Signatures Consent Agreement (the “Consent Agreement”) governs your consent to receive electronic records and use electronic signatures in connection with your use of the DemandSignatures platform located at demandsignatures.com (the “Platform”) and related services (the “Services”).

In this Consent Agreement:

  • “DemandSignatures,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to DemandSignatures and its affiliates, successors, and permitted assigns.
  • “you,” “your,” or “User” means the individual or entity using the Services.
  • “Electronic Records” are communications delivered electronically—including disclosures, notices, agreements, statements, invoices, and documents presented through the Platform.
  • “Electronic Signature” means any symbol, sound, or process executed or adopted with the intent to sign a record and logically associated with it, to the extent permitted by applicable law (e.g., the U.S. ESIGN Act and the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act).

3. Scope of Communications

Your consent covers, without limitation:

  • This Consent Agreement and any amendments.
  • Agreements, disclosures, notices, statements, invoices, receipts, product updates, and system notifications.
  • Any document you view, sign, or submit through the Platform.

We may, at our discretion or as required by law, provide certain communications in paper form despite your consent.

4. Option to Receive Paper Copies

You may request a paper copy of any Electronic Record by contacting us (see Section 7). We may charge a reasonable fee where permitted by law. If you are ineligible for certain Services without paper delivery, we will advise you of any consequences.

5. Withdrawal of Consent

You may withdraw consent at any time using the contact methods in Section 7. Withdrawal becomes effective after we have a reasonable opportunity to process it. After withdrawal:

  • We may limit or terminate access to the Platform or specific Services.
  • Previously delivered Electronic Records remain valid; new documents may be provided in paper form or through alternative channels.

6. Hardware & Software Requirements

To access, view, and retain Electronic Records, you will need:

  • A device (computer, tablet, or smartphone) with reliable internet access.
  • A current, supported web browser (e.g., Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge).
  • Software capable of opening and viewing PDF files.
  • A valid email address for notices and confirmations.
  • Sufficient storage to save Electronic Records and/or a printer to retain paper copies.

These requirements may change. If a change creates a material risk that you cannot access or retain Electronic Records, we will notify you and provide an opportunity to withdraw consent before the change takes effect.

7. Contact & Notices

If you have questions, need paper copies, wish to withdraw consent, or need to update your contact information:

8. Changes to This Consent Agreement

We may update this Consent Agreement from time to time. Material changes affecting your ability to access or retain Electronic Records will be communicated in advance, with an opportunity to withdraw consent before such changes become effective. Continued use of the Services after notice constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
