Is Free the same as a Pro trial?

No. Free includes five sent documents per month and one seat. Pro is a separate paid plan. See pricing for current trial and billing terms.

How is annual Pro billed?

The annual price is $228 billed annually. $19/month is the equivalent monthly cost, not a monthly charge on that plan. Month-to-month Pro is $24/month.

Where can I check renewal and cancellation terms?

Can I move my existing signing history?

Automatic migration is not included. Start new requests from your PDFs, recreate templates and retain historical signed records in your own archive.

Docusign lists over 1,000 integrations and offers enterprise options such as SSO and centralized organization management. Existing procurement approval and familiarity with its brand may matter more to you than base price.

Dropbox Sign also offers unlimited requests and integrations with tools such as Dropbox and Google Drive. Its published security certifications may be relevant to your procurement review. Confirm the required plan, attestation scope and current terms directly with each provider.

For one occasional sender, compare individual plans rather than a team plan. A lower team price does not establish feature or compliance equivalence.
