How do I download the completed document?

Use Download signed on a completed document to request the signed PDF.

Steps#

1. Open the document.
2. Check that its status is completed.
3. Select Download signed.
4. Open the downloaded PDF and check that it is the expected document.
5. If the download fails, report the error wording and document identifier to support.

Before you share the file#

Confirm the document title, page count and visible signatures in the downloaded PDF. Keep the original upload separate from this completed copy, especially when both download buttons appear on the same document page.
