Where do I find billing details and payment options?

The organization’s Plan & billing card provides the billing action available to its owner. The button can vary with subscription status.

Steps#

1. Sign in as the organization owner and open Organization in the app navigation.
2. Find Plan & billing.
3. Check the action offered in that card. A plan name alone does not establish which billing controls are available. If the card offers only Upgrade to Pro, do not use it to manage an existing subscription; ask support to confirm the billing route.
4. If a billing-management action is available for your subscription, review the options in its destination before making a change.
5. If the plan is managed by Demand Signatures or no billing action is offered, submit a support request.
